Tri-Tech 3D are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their growing Marketing Team at the Stanford Marsh Group HQ in Worcester
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual starting out in thier career who's open to learning the ropes. You will be joining a small but fantastic team at a family owned group, in a fast paced environment where you'll need to be creative, full of ideas and intrigued about the industries we work with.
The role entails:
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc
- Provide copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, website content, and other promotional materials
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities
- Update company CRM database with relevant customer information
- Assist with email marketing on our DotDigital platform & help create nurture programs with other members of the team
- Be available as a resource for marketing manager who may need assistance with completing large projects
- Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation (brochures, leaflets, business cards)
- Understand company product and brand thoroughly
- Provide support to external sales teams
- Assist in updating social media accounts and website content
- General office duties
- Assisting with setting up exhibitions, so some travel will be required
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity of Adobe suite of products (desirable not essential)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work as a team or independently if required
- High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and customer journeys (B2B is an advantage)
- Valid clean driving license - essential.
